Sip & Stay, Trendy Wine Getaway

The home is as described, and it met our needs. It was spotless! The house was quiet inside and outside. Here are a things that other people have not mentioned. It was very nice to be able to park in the garage. This is a suburban subdivision, away from businesses, so it is very quiet. There is a paved bike/pedestrian path on the outskirts of the subdivision. It was nice to walk and see the majestic hills. The path also is an excellent shortcut to the convenience store/gas station. A short distance from the station is Taco Bell, and a short distance from there is Country Mercantile, a very nice store with a bakery, deli, grocery items, and quality merchandise. It is several steps above a convenience store. We enjoyed Goose Ridge Winery which is very close. The wineries near Benton City are easily accessed from the home.

This is a great home with plenty of space for multiple people. The kitchen is well supplied and very clean and the beds are very comfortable. I really enjoyed walking through the neighborhood every evening along the well-lit sidewalks.

Home is in a nice neighborhood and had all the amenities we needed and enough space for our family of six.

Management was easy to work with and thorough with details. Neighnorhood was nice and newer and felt safe. We appreciate that they allow pets but it would've been so much nicer if the fencing was complete on the sides of the house. Would be a 5 star review if that was the case.

The vrbo is in a nice, safe neighborhood and was very clean, quiet and beautiful!!
